The Director, Sports Marketing owns & drives the development and execution of the Regional Sports Marketing initiatives. This role is accountable for building relevance and consumer connection through events and athletes, building local and regional brand affinity while paying into Red Bull's relevant global and national strategies. Developing strategies and plans that connect with local Southeast Consumers, holding our heritage in Sport and grow our Mass Sport appeal. Delivering brand growth and household penetration in the Southeast. They manage a team of Sr. Sports Marketing Managers who in turn manage Athlete Marketing through (Athlete Marketing Managers), Event Marketing through (Event Marketing Managers), Gaming through (Gaming Marketing Manager) and all related activity throughout the expansive geography of the region (FL,GA,NC, SC,TN,AR,MS,AL,LA). This person will continuously drive clear alignment between Global, National and their regional Sports Marketing team to ensure our strategies tactics and events to be the most innovative, on-brand, and impactful within the world of Red Bull.
