As we enter the new era of AI, our Solutions Architecture team in Santa Clara, CA, is looking for a Director to advance our partner and customer success operations. Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ overall years of experience developing and leading partner success programs on a global scale.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading a team with demonstrated success in operating efficiently within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model.
  • Knowledge of telemetry, sentiment, NPS, CSAT, and value metrics for assessing partner and customer success.
  • A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment.
  • Established skill in delivering insightful direction, approaching challenges strategically, and expressing vision proficiently in both written and oral forms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask easily with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM, NCP and CSP community.
  • Work with the partner team, certification team, and other departments to build a uniquely NVIDIA approach.
  • Ensure our partners have the right training and skills to support their customers.
  • Establish close working relationship with our professional services team to ensure smooth deployments and collaborations with our partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on core partner success management efforts, including success priorities, strategies, engagement paths, automation streams, health scores, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support key customer success indicators and partner health metrics.
  • Report on these indicators to ensure our partner success initiatives are on track.
