Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, or similar.
  • Hands-on expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, SQL, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance including RBAC, audit logging, and secrets management.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with open-ended problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with low-code platforms such as Retool in enterprise or air-gapped environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, EKS) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and front-end development best practices.
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading technical projects.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies such as GenAI and their practical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement full-stack solutions using technologies such as Retool, React, Node.js, Python, SQL, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements aligned with Cisco’s strategic goals.
  • Lead technical design and development efforts for scalable, secure internal tools and platforms.
  • Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to embed best practices in access control, auditability, and data privacy.
  • Drive modernization initiatives by migrating legacy systems to low-code and cloud-native architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in software engineering and UX.
  • Assist in scoping, estimating, and delivering professional services engagements internally and with partners.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service offerings.
