About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, Software Engineer in New York, NY to develop software for cross-asset Risk and P&L computation system. Collaborate with business users to gather ideas about financial products and financial markets crossing different assets. Participate in the lifecycle of software programming development, ranging from gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and writing code. Work on a technology landscape involving the Scala programming languages, and other data storage programs. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

Master’s in Computational Media, Information Technology, or a related field
One (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year years as an Associate Software Developer, Software Engineer, or a related occupation
OOP design
