As Director of Social Media and Digital Influence, you'll have the rare opportunity to build a modern, global social function from the ground up, shaping the strategy, team, processes, and measurement framework that turn Bentley's social presence into a strategic growth driver. This is a role for a leader who thinks beyond posts and metrics. You'll operate at the intersection of executive storytelling, employee advocacy, creator partnerships, community building, video-first content, and AI-powered production, while partnering closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to amplify Bentley's voice where it matters most. You're equally at home crafting a thought leadership narrative for a C-suite executive and building scalable operating models for a growing team. You'll start by leading a focused team of one full-time social media specialist and one part-time coordinator, with a clear mandate to grow it into a world-class global function over time.
