About The Position

We're not looking for someone to manage channels. We're looking for someone to build an influence engine. As Director of Social Media and Digital Influence, you'll have the rare opportunity to build a modern, global social function from the ground up, shaping the strategy, team, processes, and measurement framework that turn Bentley's social presence into a strategic growth driver. This is a role for a leader who thinks beyond posts and metrics. You'll operate at the intersection of executive storytelling, employee advocacy, creator partnerships, community building, video-first content, and AI-powered production, while partnering closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to amplify Bentley's voice where it matters most. You're equally at home crafting a thought leadership narrative for a C-suite executive and building scalable operating models for a growing team. You'll start by leading a focused team of one full-time social media specialist and one part-time coordinator, with a clear mandate to grow it into a world-class global function over time. If you're a strategist, storyteller, builder, and coach who understands where social media is headed and wants to shape that future for a company that's ready to invest in it, this is your role.
