About The Position

Majesco is hiring a Director, Services to lead execution of complex, concurrent, multi-million-dollar SaaS delivery programs for insurance clients. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role accountable for delivery results from kickoff through production stability, including timelines, margins, quality, production readiness, and client confidence. The role requires close involvement in delivery plans, teams, risks, estimates, dependencies, and outcomes, with decisive intervention when programs drift. The Director partners with client executives and steering committees to align technology delivery with business strategy and value realization, and oversees program financial governance, forecasting, and profitability. The role also coaches project managers and program leads to build accountable delivery leadership. Strong expertise in Life, Health, and Annuity insurance is preferred, especially across individual or group Life, Health, Annuity, or Group Benefits platforms; senior leaders with large-scale insurance technology delivery experience are also encouraged to apply. This is a remote-first position that can be performed from most locations in the United States. The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $175,000. Majesco offers a comprehensive benefits package, with most coverage starting Day One. The position may involve shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and taking on responsibilities or projects outside the initial scope as business needs evolve.

Requirements

10 or more years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services organizations.
Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs valued at $5 million–$20 million or more across multidisciplinary, multivendor teams.
Strong command of delivery governance, risk management, and financial control.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, NetSuite, Jira, and modern delivery toolchains.
Executive presence and ability to operate effectively in boardroom discussions and delivery execution forums.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations, including policy administration, billing, claims, enrollment, or group benefits platforms.
Expertise in individual or group Life, Health, Annuity, or Group Benefits platforms.
PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex, concurrent SaaS delivery programs, meeting commitments for timeline, quality, scope, and margin.
Stay closely engaged in plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, and delivery details, intervening early when outcomes drift.
Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes and hold teams accountable for results.
Take decisive ownership during high-pressure delivery situations by providing clarity, direction, and resolution.
Anticipate delivery, financial, and stakeholder risks and act before they affect clients or results.
Own production readiness, go-live quality, and post-go-live stability.
Improve delivery performance through effective use of tooling, automation, and emerging AI capabilities across planning, execution, and reporting.
Partner with client executives and steering committees to align technology delivery with business strategy and value realization.
Oversee financial governance, forecasting, and program profitability, using systems such as NetSuite.
Coach project managers and program leads to operate with ownership, discipline, and clarity.
Remain flexible as business needs evolve, including shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and contributing to work beyond the initial scope.
