The director will scale local search through optimized Google Business Profiles, citations, review generation, and market- and pest-specific landing pages. They will lead a content engine covering editorial standards, service pages, guides, and video, using AI-assisted production with human editorial quality control, and develop video-first organic social and relevant niche influencer partnerships. As the program grows, the director will hire and develop SEO/AEO and content specialists, manage agency partners where useful, and forecast and report organic lead and sales volume. This is an in-office role in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an expectation of working in the office five days per week.
