About The Position

The Director, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on new business development for all company services, with a specific emphasis on Remote Guard & Integration opportunities. The Director will work closely with the executive team to execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience selling security services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Successful experience and persistence with cold-calling and cold-contact marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Understanding of integration, video monitoring, and complimentary security services

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in existing markets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Integration, IT, and other internal departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
