Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. The Director of Sales has primary responsibility to drive bookings of new solutions to meet corporate goals. Working with new and existing customers, he or she is required to be knowledgeable in a range of TouchNet and OneCard software solutions, hardware solutions, and the global university commerce space. The Director of Sales will directly lead sales people who call on new and existing accounts, and sell a broad solution set utilizing corporate sales methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities will include sales enablement/coaching, sales process improvement, ensuring compliance within corporate sales technology (Salesforce.com, Pardot, and others), bridging gaps between functional areas of the company, and improving the operational effectiveness of the sales team. The Director of Sales must be highly proficient in critical thinking, communication, leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
