About The Position

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading all Motorcoach and Tour & Travel sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue goals for casino and hotel operations. This role oversees the development and execution of strategic sales plans, manages key client relationships, and drives group business through innovative programming and outreach. The Director also provides leadership and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a high standard of guest service. Do you like jobs that rock?
