Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Business Strategist (CBS) are a plus

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of corporate development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team on operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies.
Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities.
Contribute to divestiture activities, including asset or division sales.
Assist in the strategic management of intellectual property assets.
Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision throughout the organization.
Analyze financial and operational data to support growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential targets.
