We are seeking a dynamic, analytically driven, and execution-focused Director, Sales Operations to lead and scale the operational pillars of our sales organization. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and ensuring our field teams are equipped, informed, and empowered to deliver exceptional performance. This role will report to the Group Vice President, Commercial Operations and act as a senior member of the Commercial Operations team, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, Compliance, Patient Services, Finance, and IT to drive strategic decision-making and ensure flawless execution across the commercial ecosystem. You will oversee the processes, insights, and operational rigor that enable the successful commercialization of ARCALYST and future therapies. This position is based in our Lexington, MA office and follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. This role is based in our Lexington, MA office and requires employees to be onsite five days per week.
