The Director, Sales Excellence will be responsible for designing and scaling a high-performance sales organization across the Semios Group. This role involves partnering with Go-To-Market (GTM) Leaders to establish standards, programs, and operating frameworks for sales, including processes, reporting, tools, training, incentive structures, and performance management, to ensure consistent practices and predictable revenue growth.
