About The Position

The Director, Sales – Enterprise Applications & Technical Platforms (EATP) is a senior sales leader responsible for driving double digit revenue growth across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Boomi in the Americas. This role owns the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to deal closure and client expansion, while building and leading a high performing sales team aligned to the EATP growth agenda. This is a builder role, which will shape go-to-market (GTM) strategy, strengthen partner ecosystems, hire and develop talent, and engage C-suite leaders on AI-driven IT operations. Success will be measured by bookings growth, partner pipeline, market expansion, and the quality of new client wins.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: ServiceNow, Dynatrace or similar observability platforms, plus Boomi or similar integration platforms.
  • Proven experience working with strategic partners and driving co-sell motions and joint pipeline.
  • Track record of selling large and complex IT services deals to senior executives in enterprise and public sector organizations.
  • Experience in a global IT services company with a solid understanding of managed services models.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed annual bookings targets across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Boomi in the Americas.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow existing clients and win new logos across priority industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close, engaging CIO, CISO, CTO, and CFO-level stakeholders.
  • Drive a consistent land and expand approach to build long-term, multi-product revenue.
  • Position ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Boomi as an integrated platform with a clear and differentiated value proposition.
  • Partner with solution and delivery teams to create outcome-based proposals tied to business value such as cost savings, faster resolution times, and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Boomi field leaders in the Americas to drive joint pipeline and co-sell motions.
  • Identify new alliance opportunities including ISV and Hyperscaler partnerships to expand reach.
  • Build and lead a high performing sales team across the Americas with clear goals and strong accountability.
