The Director, Enterprise Applications (Marketing) is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise applications that enable global Marketing organizations. This role partners closely with Marketing leadership, Marketing Operations, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and external vendors to define and execute a technology roadmap that improves marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business outcomes. The Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing platforms and business processes, ensuring scalable, integrated, and data-driven solutions that support demand generation, digital marketing, customer journeys, campaign operations, lead management, marketing analytics, and emerging AI-driven capabilities. This leader combines deep business process expertise with strong technical acumen and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
