We are seeking a Director of Sales Engineering – SLED to provide strategic, technical, and people leadership for the Sales Engineering organization across a defined region. This role operates at scale, setting direction rather than executing individual deals, and is accountable for talent development, technical excellence, customer impact, and alignment with Cohesity’s long-term vision. This role includes leadership across SLED (State, Local Government, and Education) and Healthcare segments, requiring deep expertise in regulated industries, public sector procurement, and compliance-driven technical solutioning. The Director acts as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, driving technical strategy, enabling secure growth, and scaling presales excellence in highly regulated environments.
