This role will play a critical part in building the capabilities needed to support evolving system, customer and consumer needs while accelerating our long-term growth ambitions. The Director, Sales Capability is responsible for developing a strategic capability roadmap for NAOU and Bottler Sales teams and building scalable processes to identify, capture, and rapidly deploy best practices across the system. This role will lead the development and alignment of multi-year capability plans in partnership with Account and Franchise teams, ensuring strategies are tailored to the evolving needs of each sales organization. Partnering closely with internal and external capability leaders, this role will design and implement a cross-functional capability framework across Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Bottler Operations, and other key focus areas. The objective is to address the evolving needs of customers and consumers while strengthening competitive advantage across the system. The development of current and future capability programs will be informed by consumer insights, emerging trends, and Coca-Cola growth opportunities aligned with our 2035 ambitions. This role will also work closely with Franchise teams to plan and execute bottler capability engagements and drive post-engagement capability action planning. In addition, this role will leverage global best practices by identifying innovative capability approaches across Operating Units and Bottler Partners worldwide and evaluating opportunities to adapt and scale them across NAOU.
