About The Position

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a critical commercial capability at The Coca-Cola Company, focused on driving topline growth by connecting consumer demand with system economics. This involves strategic decisions on product offerings, packaging, pricing, channels, customer engagement, and promotional investments to achieve balanced growth. The company is currently transforming RGM into an intelligent decision platform powered by AI agents that interact with enterprise data, leverage advanced analytics and optimization models, and provide actionable recommendations with clear reasoning. This initiative is at the forefront of the CPG industry, aiming to compress complex analytical tasks into conversational interactions and deliver tangible business impact. The role offers an opportunity to build the next generation of commercial decision intelligence at Coca-Cola and establish the technical foundation for agentic RGM on a global scale. The work directly influences how one of the world's largest commercial systems makes its most important decisions, with a focus on shipping impactful solutions to commercial teams for immediate use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8+ years of product design experience on B2B or data-heavy tools that have shipped.
  • A portfolio showcasing design reasoning and process, not just final screens.
  • Strong information design skills, particularly with tables, dashboards, and charts.
  • Proficiency in Figma, from wireframing through to creating dev-ready specifications, including maintaining component libraries and design tokens.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a design system across multiple surfaces, including components, tokens, and chart standards.
  • Experience conducting usability testing with real users and iterating designs based on observed behavior.
  • Ability to produce rapid prototypes (click-through) within days.
  • Experience designing for enterprise environments with role-based access and commercially sensitive data.
  • Ability to write clear and concise interface copy (labels, empty states, release notes).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to both commercial and technical audiences and influence without direct authority.
  • Willingness to work across time zones, including early/late sessions and availability outside standard business hours when required by global markets or releases.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with designing for AI-generated content and decision-support tools, including presenting recommendations, uncertainty, and provenance.
  • Sufficient HTML and CSS knowledge to check builds against specifications.
  • Experience with brand, communication, and motion design for launches and internal communications, including deck and template systems.
  • Experience within an enterprise or CPG context, with an understanding of commercial teams' pricing and promotion decision-making processes.
  • Professional Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design screens and flows for the Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications, translating user problems into engineer-ready specifications.
  • Own and maintain the RGM design system, ensuring consistent application of components, typography, spacing, chart standards, and brand colors across all surfaces, including generated decks.
  • Make dense data readable by designing intuitive tables, KPI layouts, and charts that enable commercial managers to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Build and validate click-through prototypes rapidly with real users at operating units and bottlers, iterating on designs based on observed user behavior.
  • Develop the communication strategy for the product, including naming, launch notes, demo decks, and presentation templates.
  • Design the user experience for AI-generated output, focusing on how recommendations, confidence levels, and provenance are presented for user interrogation.
  • Design for the complex system context, including multi-market deployments, bottler data boundaries, and role-based access to sensitive commercial data.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the build process to ensure specifications align with the final product and to catch any drift before release.
  • Write interface copy, including labels, empty states, error messages, onboarding text, and release notes, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
  • Establish and enforce accessibility and quality standards for data-dense enterprise screens, and verify the built product against specifications.
  • Partner with business consultants on training materials and market rollout strategies to ensure a unified message between design and enablement.
  • Contribute to discovery and experimentation phases with the product owner, framing user problems before solutions are defined.
