About The Position

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a critical commercial capability at The Coca-Cola Company, focused on driving topline growth through strategic decisions about product, pricing, packaging, promotion, and channel strategy. The RGM Product team is evolving from analytical solutions to an intelligent decision platform powered by AI agents. This platform will enable AI agents to interact with enterprise data, utilize advanced analytics, run scenarios, and provide actionable recommendations with clear reasoning to commercial teams. This initiative is at the forefront of the CPG industry, aiming to transform how one of the world's largest commercial systems makes key decisions. The role offers the opportunity to build and establish the technical foundation for agentic RGM at a global scale, with work directly impacting commercial teams from the initial release. As the Director of Experience Design for the Global RGM Product, you will lead design efforts within a dedicated, cross-functional product team. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, and RGM experts. You will be responsible for making complex data-dense interfaces, such as simulators and generated reports, easily understandable and actionable for busy commercial users. Your ownership extends to the overall RGM design system, templates, naming conventions, and launch materials. You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to user validation, build, launch, and continuous improvement. The role is global, supporting markets and teams across all regions and time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8+ years of product design experience on B2B or data-heavy tools that have shipped to market, supported by a portfolio showcasing design reasoning.
  • Strong information design skills, particularly with tables, dashboards, and charts, beyond marketing pages.
  • Proficiency in Figma, from wireframing to creating developer-ready specifications, including maintaining component libraries and design tokens.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a design system across multiple surfaces, including components, tokens, and chart standards.
  • Proven experience conducting usability testing with real users and iterating designs based on observed feedback.
  • Ability to produce rapid prototypes (click-through prototypes in days).
  • Experience designing for enterprise environments with role-based access and commercially sensitive data.
  • Ability to write clear and concise interface copy (labels, empty states, release notes).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to both commercial and technical audiences and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to work across time zones, including early and late sessions, and be available outside standard business hours when market needs or releases demand it.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with designing for AI-generated content and decision-support tools, including presenting recommendations, uncertainty, and provenance.
  • Sufficient HTML and CSS knowledge to verify builds against specifications.
  • Experience with brand, communication, and motion design for launches and internal communications, including deck and template systems.
  • Experience within the enterprise or CPG industry, with an understanding of commercial teams' pricing and promotion decision-making processes.
  • Professional Spanish language proficiency, given current deployments in Chile and the wider LatAm region.

Responsibilities

  • Design screens and flows for the Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications, translating user problems into detailed specifications for engineers.
  • Own and evolve the RGM design system, ensuring consistency in components, typography, spacing, chart standards, and brand color across all surfaces, including generated decks.
  • Develop clear and concise data visualizations for tables, dashboards, and charts that enable commercial managers to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Conduct rapid prototyping (click-through prototypes in days) and validate designs with real users at operating units and bottlers, iterating based on observed user behavior.
  • Lead the product's communication strategy, including naming, launch notes, demo decks, and presentation templates.
  • Design the user experience for AI-generated output, focusing on how recommendations, confidence levels, and provenance are presented for user interrogation.
  • Design for complex enterprise contexts, including multi-market deployments, bottler data boundaries, and role-based access to sensitive pricing and promotion data.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers during the build phase to ensure feasibility, prevent design drift, and align shipped specifications with the final product.
  • Write interface copy, including labels, empty states, error messages, onboarding text, and release notes.
  • Establish and enforce accessibility and quality standards for data-dense enterprise screens, and audit the built product against specifications.
  • Partner with business consultants on training materials and market rollout strategies to ensure a unified message.
  • Contribute to product discovery and experimentation by framing user problems before solutions are defined.

Benefits

  • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position.
