The Director, RGM – Customer & Channel Strategy will play a critical leadership role in transforming Revenue Growth Management into a core commercial growth driver for Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role will lead the development and deployment of channels, customer, and portfolio strategies across emerging and high-growth channels (e.g., AFH, FSV, eCommerce, new routes to market), ensuring alignment with consumer needs, willingness to pay, and long-term value creation. The Director will operate at the intersection of Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, owning the definition of where and how we win by channel and customer, while building the capabilities required to scale RGM across the organization.
