About The Position

The Director of Sales Operations and Enablement at Velosio will be responsible to drive sales strategy by enabling and enhancing the productivity of the sales team through sales enablement tools, data management and process improvements. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective sales execution and achievement of the organizational growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managerial roles within sales operations or related functions.
• Deep understanding and expertise in sales operations, CRM systems, and sales data analysis.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing budgets, developing policies, and implementing operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the sales data analysis function to deliver comprehensive reporting and tools to sales teams and management.
• Evaluate and deploy sales tooling and other systems to effectively manage customer and activity data, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Establish monitoring methodologies and metrics analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop a playbook of our sales processes, providing user training and support to ensure sales effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior management to define functional strategies and objectives, developing budgets, policies, and procedures to support sales operations.
• Lead project management e.g. continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes improving our capability and maturity.
• Enable training activities to ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize methodologies, processes, systems and reporting resources.
• Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.
• Project manage the onboarding project plan of new sales hires
• Manage and maintain the enablement training calendar.
