As we enter the next stage of growth, we are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale Baxter Planning’s RevOps function. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategies that improve revenue predictability, sales productivity, and pipeline quality. By translating business objectives into scalable revenue processes, this role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive measurable impact. This individual will also be responsible for preparing board-ready materials for executive leadership in a Private Equity-backed environment, requiring a high degree of professionalism, precision, and business acumen. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, sales cycle efficiency, and overall quota attainment.
