ScaleOps, a leader in real-time automated cloud resource management, is seeking an experienced, technologically savvy RevOps Lead with a foundational understanding of and passion for Sales Operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to immerse themselves in the world of B2D, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Jira, Outreach, HubSpot, and more to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. The Director of Revenue Operations will be the right-hand person for the Director of Operations and a key accelerator for the GTM teams: Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. This role encompasses data, systems, and processes, focusing on translating business needs into actionable solutions, creating and maintaining systems for data generation, supporting GTM leadership with analysis and planning, collecting and interpreting data for insights and recommendations, and leading technology and process changes to increase GTM team efficiency. The role also involves creating and managing internal dashboards and reporting, improving data quality in Salesforce and other systems, building reports and dashboards, supporting Sales & Operations Planning, and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.
