We are looking to add a Client Director to our Retail Insights team. At NIQ, we work with retailers to help them understand their consumers, and to optimize their business down every aisle. On the NIQ Retail Insights Team you will work face-to-face with the largest retail players and use our solutions to help answer questions such as what is the right assortment to carry and how to optimize pricing & promotional strategies. Every day brings a new challenge when working in the fast-paced retail environment. This is a HYBRID position, 4 DAYS A WEEK at client sites in the Edison, NJ area. As a Client Director, you'll serve as the senior leader responsible for bringing compelling, thoughtful, action-oriented analysis across major retail client accounts. This role requires a proven ability to understand retail value chain, build client relationships, and deliver insights that drive provocative conversations. Acting as the voice of the client internally, the Client Insights Director ensures alignment with NIQ’s commercial teams and fosters long-term partnerships.
