About The Position

The Director, Retail Excellence will collaborate with corporate, in-country retail leaders, and store leadership teams to improve retail performance and retail excellence. This role involves monitoring and reviewing the performance of each store, partnering with the President and country retail leadership to enhance performance across sales, client experience, store and team productivity, operations, and compliance. The Director will also collaborate with store leadership and the regional store planning and operations teams to ensure all stores reflect the Tiffany brand image at all times. This position requires 40% domestic and international travel to client selling events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Sales Manager or related occupation.
• In the alternative, five (5) years of experience.
• Written and oral fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in US and LATAM markets.
• Experience in Retail management of luxury stores.
• Experience in Retail performance, learning, and operations.
• Experience in Client relations management.
• Experience in Trade markets.
• Experience in Franchise network supervision.
• Experience in Fine and high jewelry.
• Experience in Customer insights.
• Experience in Inventory and merchandising management.
• Experience in Market insight reporting.
• Experience in Developing cost-effective marketing roadmaps.
