The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership style, leveraging data, consumer insights, and market intelligence to optimize retail performance, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position plays a key role in building high-performing teams, enhancing execution standards, and shaping long-term retail growth strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience within beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), customer marketing, shopper marketing, field marketing, retail activation, sales execution, or related commercial leadership environments.
