The Senior Director, Store Quality is a strategic business-unit leader responsible for the direction, performance, growth, and long-term health of assigned business units. The role serves as the primary business-unit contact for assigned partners and is accountable for business-unit stewardship, including sales, EBITDA, partner retention, strategic priorities, and cross-functional alignment. The Senior Director translates partner priorities, guest insights, market trends, and Event Network objectives into clear business strategies and desired outcomes. The position leads strategic partner relationships and business reviews, identifies growth and innovation opportunities, and aligns internal resources and cross-functional teams to advance business-unit objectives.

Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience in partner management, retail strategy, attractions, hospitality, merchandising, or a related business environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex partner/client relationships and leading cross-functional work in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and commercial judgment, including experience with sales, EBITDA, growth, and strategic performance.
  • Experience developing strategic plans, business reviews, and growth recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, influence, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple business units, partner relationships, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business-unit strategy, annual priorities, performance objectives, and long-range direction.
  • Own strategic partner relationships, joint planning, business reviews, and partner retention efforts.
  • Maintain accountability for overall business-unit performance, including sales, EBITDA, growth, partner value, and long-term business health.
  • Identify and advance business-development, growth, innovation, and strategic investment opportunities.
  • Align Field Operations, Purchasing/Merchandising, Business Development, Finance, Creative, People Services, Technology, and other functions around business-unit priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Provide Regional Directors, Field Operations with strategic priorities, partner context, and desired outcomes while receiving field insights, risks, and execution updates.
  • Evaluate business-unit risks, opportunities, tradeoffs, and strategic decisions and escalate matters requiring senior leadership attention.
  • Protect partner mission, brand integrity, guest relevance, and the long-term value of assigned business units.
