Requirements

Extensive experience in reliability centered maintenance and operational excellence within large-scale facilities.
Proven ability to lead vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Strong expertise in change management and business process improvement to drive organizational effectiveness.
Proficiency in data analysis and digital literacy to develop insights and influence strategic decisions.
Demonstrated skills in project delivery, contract management, and budgeting aligned with business objectives.
Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and communicate complex technical and business information clearly.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6 years’ experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 8 years’ experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in multi-unit maintenance support
