About The Position

Assures implementation, integration, and maintenance of a hospital-wide performance improvement program endorsed by the hospital's medical staff, administration, and governing board. Coordinates activities and resources related to accreditation readiness, quality improvement, safety, risk management, medical staff affairs, and infection control. Serves as a resource to the organization on quality initiatives and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health services, administration, business, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze information and recommend solutions.
• Business acumen, strategic planning ability, and highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of three years' experience in clinical patient care.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare leadership role or managerial function related to quality improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in quality improvement or a related area.
