About The Position

CCG MARKETING SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR A HANDS-ON, SOLUTIONS-DRIVEN DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE TO HELP LEAD AND EVOLVE QUALITY, SAFETY, REGULATORY, AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS SUPPORTING NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HEALTHCARE AND CONSUMER BRANDS ACROSS OUR HIGH-COMPLIANCE WAREHOUSING, FULFILLMENT, AND PRODUCTION OPERATIONS. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STEP INTO A HIGHLY VISIBLE LEADERSHIP ROLE WHERE YOU’LL PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY WITH OPERATIONS, CLIENT EXPERIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TO BUILD SCALABLE PROCESSES, STRENGTHEN COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS, SUPPORT MAJOR CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS, AND HELP DRIVE THE NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH FOR THE BUSINESS. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Compliance leadership experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, regulated warehousing, medical device, OTC, food, cosmetics, or related regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, OSHA, cGMP, CAPA, audit management, and regulated operations
  • Experience leading client and regulatory audits
  • Strong operational partnership mindset
  • Ability to lead through influence and accountability
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WMS systems and inventory controls preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate Quality Assurance and Compliance programs across healthcare clients, warehouse and production operations
  • Maintain FDA, DEA, OSHA, cGMP, PDMA and client-specific compliance standards
  • Lead client, regulatory, and internal audits
  • Manage CAPA processes, investigations, and effectiveness reviews
  • Lead company safety initiatives and compliance programs across warehouse and production operations
  • Oversee temperature-controlled environments, excursion management, and validation programs
  • Ensure inventory integrity, traceability, lot control, and recall readiness
  • Oversee destruction/disposition processes for regulated materials
  • Maintain certifications, licenses, registrations, and audit readiness
  • Develop and drive SOP/document control and training compliance programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and compliance risks
  • Build a collaborative, accountable, solutions-oriented quality culture
