Requirements

Extensive experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on strategic development and execution.
Proven ability to analyze business objectives, forecast budgets, and manage resources to support current and future organizational needs.
Strong leadership skills in building and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
Expertise in establishing and enforcing project standards to control cost, timeline, and integration.
Proficiency in leveraging data and business analysis to identify process improvements and inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment with business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
4 years’ project management experience.
