Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in program management with the ability to direct multiple enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to develop talent, foster high-performing teams, and promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align business objectives with operational processes and resource requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, educate leadership, and drive informed decision-making.
- Experience in evaluating program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to ensure desired outcomes.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and respect.
