About The Position

Our team works closely with portfolio management, technology, data, product and business leaders at the enterprise level to drive strategy-to-execution alignment and execution excellence. We foster a strong collaborative environment with effective communication across all team members. The team has significant impact on large-scale projects and initiatives across the enterprise, with the ability to recognize gaps and opportunities while applying strong judgment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading project, program, or delivery management in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate delivery across multiple portfolios and divisions.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high‑performing project management teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience with Lean Portfolio Management, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own enterprise-wide project management standards, governance, and delivery practices across analytical and commercial portfolios, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and strategic value
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers while building scalable project management capabilities through talent development, succession planning, and performance excellence standards
  • Orchestrate complex, cross-divisional initiatives spanning technology, data, analytical, and commercial functions, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution sequencing across multiple portfolios
  • Serve as a senior delivery integrator, coordinating large-scale enterprise initiatives and ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology execution, and analytical capabilities
  • Establish consistent execution governance and delivery health metrics, translating complex delivery data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership and strategic course correction
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Technology, Data, Product, and Business leaders to drive strategy-to-execution alignment while balancing speed, quality, risk, and regulatory expectations
