This position serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on project management professional, partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals, delivered on time and within scope, and supported by clear documentation, training, and measurable outcomes. This role is responsible for overseeing complex initiatives that may include new products and services, process improvements, compliance-driven changes, systems implementations, and other cross-functional business initiatives. In addition, also provides direct leadership to the project management team, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and performance.
