About The Position

The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the execution of Facilities Services Fleet program. This role oversees program performance, resource planning, and process improvements while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The team leads strategic asset management, capital planning, and vendor management initiatives for Facilities Services Vehicle Fleet. They excel in program management through cross-functional leadership, effective communication, and automation. Focused on delivering measurable outcomes, the team collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize resources and enhance operational processes. By fostering continuous improvement and aligning efforts with company goals, they ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
