About The Position
The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the execution of Facilities Services Fleet program. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in program and portfolio management with proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to align business objectives with operational execution.
- Expertise in driving process improvements and change management initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
- Proficiency in financial management, procurement, and business continuity planning to support sustainable growth.
- Ability to develop and communicate clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure program success.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate complex challenges and promote continuous learning and development.
