About The Position

The Production Manager is responsible for producing high-quality, professional video content that elevates the brand across digital, social media, marketing, and event platforms. This position creates polished, broadcast-quality visual storytelling that engages audiences and supports business objectives while providing creative leadership across productions. CLI Studios is a group of unique, diverse, and creative individuals who deeply believe in the transformative power of the performing arts. We are on a mission to make dance education more accessible to aspirational students around the world using a mix of technology, innovative thinking, and an amazing, mission-driven team! Through our online training program, dancers around the world can take over 1,500 classes from top dance instructors from New York and Los Angeles. For more advanced students, we offer the CLI Conservatory, an extensive in-person training program where dancers launch their professional careers with training and support from over 100 world-renowned choreographers. Our team is a collaboration between world-class performing artists (e.g. multi-season stars from SYTYCD), technologists, startup operators, and more. We believe business and art are not mutually exclusive. In fact, it is the melding of these two worlds that has made us the bold, creative force we are today. In the same sentence, you’ll hear us talking about dance technique, studio production, and conversion rates.
