About The Position

Reporting to the VP, SMB Product and Partnerships, you will shape Moneris' Product offering across the restaurant vertical by overseeing the product lifecycle within the portfolio. Leading a team of Product Managers, you will enhance our competitive position in the Payments and Restaurant industries by leading core foundational point of sale (POS), digital ordering (UEAT), value-added services, hardware, and payment solutions within the restaurant product portfolios. You will be based in our Montreal or Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • 7+ years of leadership/ people management experience
  • Knowledge of product management methodologies, processes, and reporting requirements
  • People leadership is important – both the ability to work in teams across the organization with multiple partners and to influence and align others
  • Experience aligning technology strategy and business goals to foster partnerships across the organization
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the restaurant, point of sale and payment industry is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Set a clear vision for Restaurant Solutions long-term strategy and associated product roadmap
  • Lead a product team by providing strategic direction, building roadmaps, and collaborating with multiple teams to develop and launch solutions
  • Partner with other Portfolio Product Management teams to ensure that gaps across portfolios are reduced and successful commercialization launches
  • Responsible for product positioning, go-to-market approach, and identifying new markets and segments for Restaurant Solutions; working closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure success
  • Responsible for aggregate Product P&L and measuring the success of products in the Portfolio
