Security Benefit is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to own the positioning, launch, and market support of the company’s retirement and annuity solutions. This role is responsible for developing differentiated, insight-led product narratives that resonate with advisors, distribution partners, and clients. The Director, Product Marketing will lead go-to-market strategy for new products, manage product launch planning and execution, and ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and messaging. This senior, cross-functional leadership role collaborates with product, compliance, and distribution teams, playing a central part in the Growth Office’s mission to bridge strategy and execution for faster, customer-led growth. Product marketing at Security Benefit is characterized by being intelligence-led, growth-driven, and enterprise-aligned. The position reports to the 2nd Vice President, Product & Channel Marketing and offers a hybrid work schedule, with options for on-site work in Topeka, Kansas, or remote work for the right candidate.
