About The Position

DNSFilter is seeking a proactive, energized, and industrious Product Marketing leader to own market positioning, product launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, acting as both a player and a coach. The ideal candidate will leverage AI as a force multiplier and foster a high-output, low-drama team culture. This is a full-time role with a preference for candidates on the East Coast of North America or in the United Kingdom, requiring eligibility to work without sponsorship. DNSFilter is a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS startup committed to making the internet safer.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record in product marketing leadership, with direct ownership of competitive intelligence.
  • Experience launching products, building positioning, and enabling sales teams at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and coaching teams on AI adoption.
  • Ability to work hours overlapping with ET hours.
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with MSP and channel sales motions.
  • Prior analyst relations or industry analyst engagement experience.
  • Experience building a competitive intelligence program from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative architecture for the DNSFilter portfolio across MSP, VAR, and Enterprise audiences.
  • Define DNSFilter's market identity, target audience, competitive advantages, and overall significance, ensuring consistent storytelling across all customer-facing platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including developing launch plans, crafting core narratives, coordinating cross-functional teams, scheduling training, and measuring results.
  • Build and manage a competitive intelligence function to provide Sales, Product, and Leadership with a competitive edge.
  • Produce competitive assets such as battlecards, win/loss insights, pricing analyses, and field-ready talking points to ensure sales teams are equipped to compete effectively.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to provide Sales and Channel teams with necessary assets, tools, and training, including pitch decks, demo narratives, objection handling, ROI tools, and discovery frameworks.
  • Engage directly with sales representatives, participate in calls, and iterate on strategies based on deal progression.
  • Establish a regular cadence of customer interviews, win/loss analysis, analyst feedback, and field signal collection.
  • Own the case study and testimonial components of the advocacy program and proactively arrange customer interviews at events.
  • Support the Comms & IR team with analyst relationship management, sourcing customers for RFPs and G2 reviews.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Product Marketing & Competitive Intelligence Manager, setting high standards and fostering a positive team culture.
