The GSI Competitive Insights (CI) Director is a key member of the cross functional GSI team directly supporting Product Teams in developing and executing the global commercialization and brand strategy for Bayer pharmaceutical assets and brands. They will serve as the competitive intelligence subject matter expert for brands/assets with clear relevance to the product team on missions to address business issues, critical launch activities, and support forecast development with future landscape perspective. This role will proactively monitor and synthesize the competitive environment, analyzing threats and opportunities, and working with cross functional partners to provide insights to help guide the short- and long-term strategy of Bayer assets and brands. As a member of the Global Strategic Insights cluster, you will collaborate with others on missions to enhance cluster capabilities, develop tools/systems/approaches to enhance impact and/or efficiency of the cluster.
