About The Position

The Product Team is integral to KEV’s success, driving product strategy, commercial outcomes, and customer impact across our platform. We partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-value SaaS solutions and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution. We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market success across a portfolio of products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams and contribute directly to revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, execution-focused, and customer-obsessed, with deep experience in B2B SaaS and a strong track record of delivering impactful products to market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments (FinTech preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling product teams (typically managing teams of 10–30)
  • Proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with go-to-market strategy, revenue ownership, and product monetization
  • Experience working closely with Sales and customer-facing teams — enabling better product-market fit and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution — consistently shipping high-quality products
  • Strong systems thinker with a first-principles approach to solving complex product and business challenges
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — enabling alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of SaaS products — driving revenue growth, customer value, and long-term market positioning
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers — enabling high performance, strong execution, and scalable product practices across teams
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — ensuring strong go-to-market execution, product positioning, and revenue realization
  • Drive product delivery from concept to launch — contributing to consistent, high-quality product releases and faster time-to-market
  • Incorporate commercial and financial considerations (e.g., P&L, pricing, packaging) into product decisions — ensuring sustainable business growth
  • Leverage customer insights, market data, and analytics — enabling data-driven prioritization and product innovation
  • Establish clear product goals, metrics, and success criteria — ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Operations — ensuring seamless execution and high-quality product experiences
  • Continuously improving product development processes — driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence
