The Opportunity: Job Summary By embodying our core purpose of customer obsession, innovation, and execution excellence, this role ensures that every product initiative delivers meaningful business and customer impact while supporting Ensemble Health Partners’ mission of redefining what is possible in healthcare. As Director of Product Management, you will set and execute the product and solution strategy with a strong bias toward action and delivery. This role requires a self‑starter mindset, the ability to balance long‑term product vision with near‑term execution, and hands‑on engagement with emerging technologies. In partnership with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across the product lifecycle while maintaining awareness of the competitive and technology landscape. You will program‑manage multiple strategic, cross‑functional initiatives spanning product requirements, build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization/go‑to‑market activities, vendor engagement, and client communication. Additional responsibilities include executive reporting, roadmap ownership, change management support, annual planning, and continuous improvement of product operations.
