About The Position

As Director, Product Management – Infrastructure, you will serve as the Chief Product Owner for Infrastructure, accountable for aligning strategy, execution, and delivery across the firm’s core technology platforms, environments, and services. This role operates at the intersection of business, product, and technology leadership, translating enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps, coordinated execution, and measurable outcomes. Acting as the connective tissue across teams, you will drive alignment, orchestrate dependencies, and create transparency into delivery. Balancing strategic leadership with disciplined execution, this role ensures infrastructure capabilities are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability, enabling the broader technology ecosystem to operate effectively at scale.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, platform engineering, or large-scale environments.
  • Experience operating as a Product Owner or Product Leader accountable for complex, cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure domains, including cloud platforms, environments, tooling, and platform engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, including roadmap and backlog ownership.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate technical and organizational complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks across multiple teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA).
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure practices, including cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and platform engineering models.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Development Support and define the vision and roadmap for infrastructure platforms in alignment with enterprise and technology strategy.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear sequencing, roadmaps, and delivery plans, understanding tradeoffs and dependencies.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view on infrastructure capabilities, including cloud, platform engineering, and developer experience.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Influence Act as the connective layer across business, product, and technology leadership, aligning on outcomes, priorities, and value delivery.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by aligning trade-offs and sequencing.
  • Establish lightweight governance approaches that enable clear prioritization and informed decision-making.
  • Infrastructure Orchestration & Dependency Management Orchestrate delivery across platforms, environments, tooling, and dependencies to ensure infrastructure capabilities are delivered with strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the central integration point across infrastructure portfolios, programs, and workstreams, ensuring alignment on outcomes, commitments, and milestones.
  • Own cross-team dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to accelerate delivery and improve time-to-value.
  • Drive Execution Visibility & Continuous Improvement Create transparency into delivery through roadmaps, status reporting, risks, and dependencies, providing a consistent view of execution.
  • Establish metrics to support delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Continuously improve processes, operating models, and workflows to enhance execution outcomes.
  • Product Ownership, Agile Execution & Leadership Work across teams to prioritize infrastructure product backlogs aligned to business value and strategic outcomes.
  • Partner with teams to define epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that enable high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate across Product Owners and Agile teams to manage interdependencies and ensure coordinated execution.
  • Lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization, mentoring Product Owners and reinforcing strong product practices
