About The Position

The Director, Product Management, Card Technology will drive strategic product delivery across Capital One’s Card Core platform for the Convert My Account team. The role combines technical product management, analytical rigor, and strategic judgment to guide capabilities and establish a clear platform vision. The leader will build strategic and operating relationships with partners and stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Enterprise groups, and will develop and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team through talent development and recruiting. The position leads two direct Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers in support of critical deliverables.

The role is part of the Encore organization in Card Technology, which brings together product, data and business analysts, and program specialists to build next-generation financial products. The organization works with engineers on platforms and technologies across the cardholder lifecycle, from account opening and card spending to digital experiences in the app, with the aim of delivering new financial products and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
