About The Position

Capital One is seeking a product leader for the Convert My Account team within Card Technology’s Encore organization. The team builds financial products and reimagines the lending experience across the cardholder lifecycle, partnering with engineering to develop platforms and technologies that help customers make smarter financial choices and manage their money.

The Director will drive strategic product delivery across the Card Core platform, combining technical product management, analytical rigor, and strategic judgment to guide capabilities and establish a clear platform vision. The role requires building strategic and operating relationships with partners and stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Enterprise groups. The leader will develop and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team through talent development and recruiting, leading two direct Product Managers and three matrixed Product Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
