The Director of Product Management, Vehicle Commerce is part of the Customer Experience Platforms (CXP) Product group and is accountable for the platforms and experiences that help prospective GM buyers discover, configure, visualize, and move toward purchase across GM brand sites and retail platforms globally. You will lead the portfolio across Vehicle Data & Visualization, Vehicle Sales Platforms, Sales Lead Management, and cross-product integration—the pre-checkout shopping stack behind GM’s vehicle commerce strategy. You are a seasoned people leader and technical product executive who translates complex customer needs and global objectives into clear platform strategy, aligns a diverse stakeholder set, and makes high-judgment tradeoffs in ambiguous multi-market environments.
