About The Position

This role owns strategy across several initiatives in the GenAI Model Customization space, focusing on how generative models can be customized and consistent for creators, enabling them to have lasting control and faster output without starting from scratch each time. The position involves setting the broader direction for this emerging portfolio, acting as a key advisor for other leaders, and potentially taking direct accountability for one product surface while also defining the overall strategy. Influence in this role stems from expertise and delivered work rather than organizational hierarchy. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building both the strategic roadmap and the execution plan for this area.

Requirements

Deep product management experience with recognized expertise beyond one's own team.
Technical fluency in generative model customization and consistency mechanisms.
Ability to set strategy and perform hands-on work in the technical domain.
Proven track record of defining strategy in ambiguous, unowned spaces.
Experience in peer-mentorship and shaping other PMs' thinking without formal authority.
Ability to move between company-level strategy and hands-on project ownership.

Responsibilities

Set strategy for the portfolio, defining 'leverage' across Adobe's generative tools and sequencing bets.
Identify and advocate for the next major opportunities in generative model customization.
Determine the balance between automatic platform handling and direct user control, and differentiate between individual creator and enterprise needs.
Take full accountability for a product surface within the portfolio, including roadmap, adoption, and commercial health.
Maintain detailed understanding of the products and strategy.
Serve as the authority and reference point for generative model customization within Adobe.
Provide peer-level support to other Product Managers.
Represent the area in high-level partner discussions.
Contribute externally through talks or shared research to strengthen Adobe's standing.
