About The Position

Oversee the development, execution, and lifecycle management of product portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and managing the business case and P&L to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value. These are products and/or services that AT&T sells to residential, small and multi-dwelling units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the management of the entire product lifecycle for In-Home Customer Premise Equipment i.e., Wi-Fi Gateway from initial concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage and ongoing product performance.
  • Responsible for overseeing budgets, acquiring estimates, and handling requests for funding through the capital process.
  • Serve as the central resource for design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, as products move to production and distribution.
  • Supervise the translation and documentation of customer and technical requirements into final product designs and oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive business cases.
  • Guide the analysis of customer needs to identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
  • Oversee in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify technology trends, addressable revenue potential, and opportunities for new products or features.
  • Ensure thorough research and analysis on defined technologies including Wi-Fi, Device management and software benchmarking.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin.
  • Facilitate partnerships with business, technology, field operations, care, UX teams, and 3rd party technology partners to design or modify products, ensuring a high-quality user experience, alignment with budget and schedule specifications, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Negotiate with vendors to improve the product cost structure, feature functionality, and product support.
  • Designs and execute strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
  • Overseeing departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies.
  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
