About The Position

The team leads the design and development of innovative products that meet member needs through comprehensive product lifecycle management. Collaborating across functions, they drive strategic initiatives, benchmark industry trends, and ensure quality and alignment throughout development. The team applies strong leadership and business strategies to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. They foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights to enhance product offerings. Focused on delivering value, the team supports cross-functional collaboration and effective communication to achieve business goals and elevate the member experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of product developers that lead Member's Mark product lifecycle management by developing, monitoring, and managing product specifications to meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout product development.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze trends to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, financial models, and cost reduction plans to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Manage large-scale projects, providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across product development and delivery processes.
